Lesson content

We offer classes focusing on different aspects. The common thread is a meditative state of being that brings you into deep, relaxed clarity. This state provides access to body awareness and the subconscious mind, allowing for exploration.
Transformative yoga focuses on the inner journey from fear to love.

Transformative Yoga

all levels

Tuesday 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

This form of yoga is both intensive and meditative, helping you reach deep concentration. By combining physical postures, breathing, and focus, self-inquiry is central. You learn to be present without judgment and without being carried away by thoughts and emotions. The more present you are in the moment, the more consciously you can make choices on all levels.

During the class, we move from meditation through flowing standing postures to long-held asanas on the floor.

Early Birds Flow Yoga

Wednesday 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

These classes are faster-paced and last one hour. The asanas (yoga postures) are exclusively dynamic and performed in rhythm with the breath. They flow into each other, usually holding each posture for no more than five breaths.

The flow of postures aims to strengthen and loosen the body along with healthy, deep breathing, connecting you to your own rhythm. These classes are physically more intense than Transformative Yoga.

Yin Yoga

Thursday 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Yin focuses on working with the body's water balance, connective tissue, and meridians. The postures are practiced in a passive way (using gravity and surrender) but remain intense because they are held for a long time (between 3 and 10 minutes). This stretches and stimulates the connective tissue (including muscles). Joints become more mobile and flexible, and the body's resilience is strengthened, leading to faster recovery after injuries.

The meridians, located in the connective tissue, are directly connected to the chakras, so Yin positively affects the subtle or energy body. This allows integration of the "frozen" or "unseen" parts of the self. Yin is a counterbalance to the overstimulated daily life and brings you into the present moment.
