Are you at a point in your life where intense changes are happening, or has something occurred that you find hard to come to terms with and would like support? Working with your own breath is a remarkable and powerful experience. You can choose a single session or a program to better understand this essential power and experience inner calm and clarity. In an introductory conversation, there is plenty of room for your story, and together we explore what you need right now and where you want to go.

A personal program consists of multiple sessions lasting 1 to 2 hours. The content of the sessions is tailored to your needs and may include:


  • breathwork

  • holistic massage (rates see massage)

  • visualization

  • energy treatment

  • ceremonial work

  • mental exercises

  • guidance in adjusting diet and lifestyle patterns / working with neurotransmitters


After each session, you take away insights to apply and deepen in your daily life.
