A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required up to 2 weeks before the event when making a reservation.
If the reservation is made less than 2 weeks before the event, the full rental fee serves as confirmation.
The (deposit) payment must be made within 3 business days of the invoice date to confirm the rental for the agreed period and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event, the full rental fee will be charged.
Any remaining balance will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
You are expected to complete everything within this time (including setup and cleanup). If you prefer more time to prepare or finish, additional time can be booked in half-hour increments.
