The chakra system originates from the ancient Indian Vedas and can be seen as "the architecture of the soul." Connected to the physical body, the energy centers reflect flows that resonate with breath and the elements. Additionally, there is interaction with organ energy (meridians), nerve centers, and the hormonal and neurotransmitter systems.
The life journey through the chakras and their increasingly vibrant life force describes the soul's path toward full awakened consciousness.
In these individual day retreats, we explore and experience the energies of the seven main chakras through body, mind, and soul work.
You will learn to sense these flows playfully and practically, understand their themes, and work with them, allowing you to consciously integrate their power into your life.
Connect with your foundation, your roots, and Mother Earth.
Trust your right to be and to have.
Feel safe.
Connecting with the group and the subtler layers of the self, we will explore the potential of the root chakra in a practical and playful way. We will use asanas and other forms of bodywork; meditation, visualization, and nonviolent communication techniques; and employ silence to deepen awareness. We will conclude with a ceremony.
