These circles are gatherings where we come together to consciously take time for loss and grief. We use yoga, meditation, individual and group exercises, ritual, and sharing. Each circle also has its own theme.
You are warmly invited to join me for a soothing sound bath designed to restore balance and calm the nervous system. This relaxing experience encourages you to slow down, unwind, and enter the season feeling refreshed and centered.

The journey of Inner Wisdom continues
For children who have already completed a training, this follow-up course continues the journey of Inner Wisdom. It deepens and keeps engaging with topics such as yoga, mindfulness, the power of thought, and applying these skills in daily life. Plus, it introduces new knowledge and skills like Ayurveda, philosophy, intuition, energy, frequencies, and manifestation. Some of this is ancient wisdom passed down through generations. This feels very meaningful and rewarding.
Year training / Sundays 10:00 - 13:00 / Sanne Bredt

Inner Wisdom for children 8-12 years
In this training, children get to know the wisdom within themselves and how to use it. To feel good and handle small and bigger challenges. These tools are ones that Sanne Bredt - the trainer - has learned to work with over the years and wished she had as a child. Now children can discover them early on, which can be life-changing. Sanne is eager to share this with your child(ren).
