Reservation / Deposit / Cancellation

A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required up to 2 weeks before the event

If the reservation is made less than 2 weeks in advance, the full rental amount is required to confirm the booking

The (deposit) payment must be made within 3 business days of the invoice date to confirm your rental for the agreed period, and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event, the full rental fee will be charged.
If there is a remaining balance, it will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.


Rental period

You are expected to complete all activities, including setup and cleanup, within the reserved time. Would you prefer extra time to prepare or wrap up at a relaxed pace? Additional time can be booked in half-hour increments.
