Lesson content

We offer classes highlighting different perspectives. The common thread is a meditative state of being that leads you into deep, relaxed clarity. This state grants access to body awareness and the subconscious, where you can explore and reflect.
Transformative yoga focuses on the inner journey from fear to love.

Transformative Yoga

all levels

Tuesday 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

This form of yoga is both intense and meditative, allowing you to reach deep concentration. By integrating physical postures, breath, and attention, self-inquiry is central. You learn to be present without judgment and without being carried away by thoughts and emotions. The more present you are in the moment, the more consciously you can make choices on all levels.

During the class, we move from meditation through flowing standing postures to long-held poses on the floor.

Early Bird Flow Yoga

Wednesday 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

These classes are faster-paced and last 1 hour. The Asanas (yoga postures) are exclusively dynamic and performed in sync with the breath. They flow seamlessly, usually staying in each posture for no more than five breaths.

The flow of the postures aims to strengthen and loosen the body, combined with healthy, deep breathing that connects you to your own rhythm. These classes are physically more demanding than Transformative Yoga.

Wednesday 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

This form of yoga is both intense and meditative, helping you achieve deep concentration. By combining physical postures, breathing, and focus, self-exploration is the main focus. You learn to be present without judgment and without being swept away by thoughts and emotions. The more present you are in the moment, the more consciously you can make choices on all levels.

Throughout the class, we progress from meditation through flowing standing poses to long-held postures on the floor.

Yin Yoga

Thursday 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Yin focuses on working with the body's water system, connective tissue, and meridians. The postures are practiced passively (using gravity and surrender) yet remain intense because they are held for a long time (between 3 and 10 minutes). This stretches and stimulates the connective tissue (including muscles). The joints become more mobile and flexible, and the body's resilience is strengthened, which also helps speed up recovery from injuries.

The meridians, located in the connective tissue, are directly connected to the chakras, so Yin positively influences the subtle or energy body. This can lead to the integration of 'frozen' or 'unseen' parts of the self. Yin offers a counterbalance to the overstimulated daily life and brings you into the present moment.
