The chakra system originates from the ancient Indian Vedas and can be understood as "the architecture of the soul." Connected to the physical body, these energy centers resonate with breath and the elements. Additionally, they interact with organ energy (meridians), nerve clusters, and the balance of hormones and neurotransmitters.
The life journey through the chakras and their increasingly flowing life force describes the soul's path toward full waking consciousness.
In these standalone day retreats, we explore and experience the energies of the seven main chakras through body, mind, and soul work.
You will learn in a playful and practical way to sense the energy flows, understand their themes, and work with them, enabling you to consciously integrate their power into your life.
Connect with your foundation, your roots, and Mother Earth.
Trust your right to exist and to have.
Feel that you are safe.
Connecting with the group and the subtler layers of the self, we will explore the root chakra's potential in a practical and playful way. We will use asanas and other forms of bodywork; meditation, visualization, and nonviolent communication techniques; and embrace silence to increase awareness. We will conclude with a ceremony.
