Are you at a point in your life experiencing intense changes, or has something happened that you find hard to come to terms with and would like support? Working with your own breath is a remarkable and powerful experience. You can choose a single session or a program to better understand this vital force and find inner calm and clarity. During an introductory conversation, there is plenty of space for your story, and together we'll explore your current needs and where you want to go.

A personalized program consists of multiple sessions lasting 1 to 2 hours. The content is tailored to your needs and may include:


  • breathwork

  • holistic massage (rates see massage)

  • visualization

  • energy healing

  • ceremonial work

  • mental exercises

  • guidance in adjusting diet and lifestyle patterns / working with neurotransmitters


Each time, you'll take something away to apply and deepen the insights in your daily life.
