The way you breathe influences your state of consciousness. Emotions directly affect your breathing, and breathing, in turn, influences emotions.

Learning to breathe consciously helps you optimize your daily breathing patterns. It's a simple path to developing a more positive outlook on life, focusing on what you want to achieve.

By working intentionally with various breathing techniques, challenging situations and emotions can be addressed. This approach is also effective for traumatic experiences. It creates more space in your body and mind. Integrating difficult parts and working with intention provide a holistic complement to the journey.

Tanja is a certified breath coach trained at the Holistic Breathing Academy.
